Plans under NABARD dairy farming:

 First plan –

  • Desi milk providing cows- Lal Sindhi, Sahiwal, Rathi, Gir etc.

  • Establishment of small dairy unit for buffalo like under the first plan.

Investment-

  • To open a dairy ranging from a minimum of 2 animals to a maximum of 10 years – an investment of ₹ 5,00,000 / – will be made for dairy of 10 animals.

Subsidy-

  • Under this, the subsidy will be restricted on a pro-rata basis on the basis of size.
  • 25% on 10 animal dairy
  • (33.33% for SC / ST farmers),
  • Capital subsidy limit,
  • 1.25 lakhs (Rs. 1.67 lakhs for SC / ST farmers).
  • The maximum allowed capital subsidy is 25000 rupees for 2 animal units.
  • (Rs 33,300 for SC / ST farmers).

Second plan

  • Calf rearing
  • Up to 20 calves
  • Details of crossbreed, indigenous cattle, and classified buffaloes will be under milch breeds.

 Investment –

  • 80 lakhs for 20 calves units – with a minimum unit size of 5 calves and a maximum limit of 20 calves.

 Subsidy

  • Units up to 20 calves> 25% subsidy i.e. subsidy will be given on capital up to ₹ 1,25,000 / -.
  • Capital up to ₹ 1,60,000 / – to people belonging to the same SC / ST category.
  • People in this category will get up to 33.33% in subsidy.
  • Subsidy of the maximum of ₹ 30,000 / – on the opening of 5 calf units. The subsidy amount is fixed at ₹ 40,000 / -.

 Third plan

  • Vermicompost and Food
  • Will not associate the unit with the dairy animals.

Investment –

  • 20,000 rupees (twenty thousand rupees)

Subsidy–

  • A person can get up to a 25% subsidy on an investment of Rs. 4.50 lakhs.
  • SC and ST applicants will get a 33.33% subsidy on capital up to Rs 6 lakh.

 Fourth Plan –

  • In the fourth scheme of the NABARD Scheme, a fridge that has a capacity of up to 2000 liters, should be kept on milk testers/milk dispensers / to keep it cold when there is an excess quantity of milk.

Investment –

  • 18 lakh rupees.

Subsidy –

  • Usually Rs 4.50 lakh.
  • 6.00 lakhs for SC / ST farmers.  25% of expenditure under capital subsidy.
  • 33.33% for Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes farmers.

Fifth Plan –

  • Procurement of dairy processing equipment to produce indigenous milk products.

Investment–

  • Minimum investment of Rs 12 lakhs.

Given money –

  • Capital up to ₹ 3,00,000 / – will be provided to the person under the loan.
  • Under this, a 30% subsidy will be provided under the capital loan.
  • Individuals coming from Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes will receive capital up to ₹ 4,00,000 / -.
  • He will get a 33.33% subsidy on this capital.

 Sixth Plan –

  • Cold chain installation
  • Dairy Product Transport Facilities

Investment –

  • The minimum amount to be invested under this scheme is Rs 24 lakhs.

Subsidy–

  • Under this scheme, a loan will be obtained by the government to invest in a maximum of ₹ 7,50,000 / – in the project.
  • 25% subsidy on this loan.
  • People belonging to SC / ST caste will get a loan of up to 10 lakh rupees under the scheme by the government.
  • On which 33.33% subsidy will be available to them under the NABARD scheme.

Seventh Plan –

  • Cold storage facility for milk and milk products under the Seventh Plan.

Investment –

  • Minimum investment of 30 lakh rupees.

Subsidy –

  • 25% subsidy on the opening of the hospital.
  • Subsidy of ₹ 45,000 / – by the government on being the same mobile.
  • Subsidy up to ₹ 60,000 / – will be provided by the government if fixed.

  • If the hospital is mobile, they will get a maximum of ₹ 80,000 / – subsidy.

  •  Establishment of Private Veterinary Clinic under this scheme.

Investment:

  • You will have to invest Rs 2.40 lakh for the mobile clinic under NABARD Scheme 2020 and 2021.
